Apple Discounts for Educators
If you’re an educator, campus or K-12 institution you are eligible for the Apple education discount. This discount applies to both hardware and software and offers deep discounts for bulk purchases along with ongoing support and service.
For institutions, like schools, Apple will typically assign a Sales Representative who will walk you through the sales process and help you make purchases that will fit your institution’s budget.
There are different price lists for K-12 schools versus post-secondary schools, so speak to your Apple sales reps about the most appropriate discount programs for your institution.
Apple Discounts for Students
University students are also eligible for Apple laptops’ discount options. These are available either at an Apple retail store or through your on-campus Apple-authorized retailer. You must prove your student status to be eligible for the education discount.
Students can also shop online at Apple’s online store for Education, which sells a range of Apple laptops’ discount products.
Professional Purchasers

To use the discount at an Apple retail store or online, you must prove your status either through a piece of identification, license, your latest pay stub or a letter from your employer.
Temporary Discounts Available to Everyone
If you don’t qualify for an educational Apple laptops discount, you can also visit the apple.com store to view their daily discounts. Every day, Apple lists a range of products (refurbished or new) that are on sale. These laptops and other products remain discounted until they sell out.
